Can't make hidden heroes via triggers

Hi! I've been working on a map and need most of the hidden heroes to be made by triggers. When the units are supposed to be made, nothing happens. I've tested the triggers with the 'normal' units, and they are created. Does it have anything to do with the editor?  So far I've tried the X-tra Editor, SCMDraft2, and Emerald Staredit. I hope there is something that can be done, I really need it to work!

You can't actually create the unused units using triggers, what you can do is stick the unit you want used up in some godforsaken corner of the map and teleport it in and assing control.

It IS possible to have the unused units created via triggers, what you need to do is use datedit and goto the staredit tab and check the "location triggers" checkbox. You may have to check a few other things as well but thats the basics. If its for a battle.net map then too bad!

I'm assuming it's multiplayer, which in that case, it can only be placed on the map beforehand.
