Worth it?

I've recently started work on a Protoss campaign. I have four maps completely done. The campaign will be fully voiced, but I've had a question popping up.. Would it be worth it? Would anyone still play it?

I'll play it, hell I'll help test it if you need some help. Version number is pretty important though, what will it be compatible with?

Version is.. well basically anything I guess. I just installed SCBW and made some maps. Might have d/l'd the latest patch 1.15.1 or something along the way, though... Will check when I'm at my own computer again. =)

By the way, also is this like a mutli-war Protoss, Zerg, Terran or just one of the two, or new races?

The first missions are set on Aiur - you know, to establish the Protossness of it all. It's basically quite standard and not very revolutionary. Just a story that I would have liked to see next to SC and BW.

Though your campaign I dont know totally but doesnt sound like a campaign that tries to continue Brood War and interfere SC2's coming.

Just wondering is it all on Aiur, when you talked about the first map it would maybe a few maps or jsut two maps on Aiur.

Well, it's definitely not interfering anything. In fact, there are quite a few references to the original and BroodWar.

It takes place around mid-Starcraft through mid-Brood War, though it won't be exactly pointed out. There will be around 8/10 missions and the story will focus on the young Executor (the player) who's guided by a praetor. You'll meet several characters that *could have been* around while you were with Tassadar or attacking the Conclave and meeting Artanis and everything that happened in the original game. I'll be posting more information shortly, but I won't give too much away. I just when people announce things, and take ages to finish it.

So far, I've got some maps finished, I'm working on the plot and I'm working out the voices for each character. Like I said, more to follow.

Great, I have a story (Warcraft-wise though) that were like with Lothar during the first war, and Turalyon durin the Second War (Battle at the Great Portal), and with Jaina and Thrall during WC3 but you didnt really know.

Well, you know Maglok and I are still on the sound area of things, and typically we drag TPC into it as well. By the way, Legion, by chance a possibility if I PM you some voices that you could help me out? It's for an unrelated project for school.
