We plan to bring the beta test back online for a couple of weeks prior to the game’s launch to complete our testing. We’ll have more details to share about when this final beta-testing phase will begin at a later date.
We’d like to thank all of our beta-test participants for your enthusiasm, dedication, and valuable feedback during the beta test, and we look forward to hearing more of your thoughts on the StarCraft II beta test as the game’s July 27 launch approaches.

There must be something pretty significant they're worried about or want to put in if they are going to bring it back online for just a few weeks.
However, I find it really sad that Browder was constantly touting "we're willing to do this and that" but the game has barely changed since when Beta first started. Sure, some stats got thrown around, but for the most part it remains largely the same and plays very similarly. The mothership is still in, the unholy trinity still exists, there's still no height advantage, ect. ect.
The zerg in particular are the weakest link of the game imo. They REALLY need 2-3 more units. I hope that is what they are adding in their "final phase".
Might as well start enjoying the phase 1 beta while it lasts.
Speaking of more zerg units...

I assume they'll be back around early July with a quick test on uploading, since clearly they didn't want custom maps being a part of the beta since it'll take away from balancing.
