Past predictions/thoughts about book 6

Post by Blake »

What were some of the events which you thought would take place in book 6 before you actually played it??

I used to think that Hikaru's party would somehow go to Celestia and defeat Avlas there (who I've assumed to be the "Jade emperor" who kicked Sypha out of Celestia)

I also used to think that Avlas was a dragon much like Saglia (this was because all I've basically known was that Saglia was betrayed by Avlas, given that Avlas was Saglia's subordinate at one point I've assumed that he was the same race as Saglia).....

After being informed that purgatory is governed by it's core rather than Celestia...I started to think that Darm would look like some sort of giant, also I've thought that he would be fused with the ground, like some sort of living tree which controls purgatory....

I would often attempt to understand where Razlia fit into the story, it somehow didn't make sense, a machine in purgatory....at one point I thought he was piece of Mekani technology which was reprogrammed by the high men to fight the black moon....

Anyway, what were some of the thoughts you had about book 6 before you actually got a chance to play the final book?

I always tought that Sypha Blade was the final boss of the saga (in her Dragon form, after recovered her Dragon Pearl), that's because she seems to be an entity that is beyond everything.

In the Garanteen description it says that Avlas (Rafe the Skywarden) is "The God of Light", and I never expected him to be the final boss (or part of it)...that surprised me.
