I wonder how that tastes.  Looks like it'd be mostly fat.  Like 99% fat 1% protein.

No doubt it tastes like chicken.

Seems like sea cucumbers are delicacies in some parts of the world. Herc, there must be some available around there somewhere. Cook one up and let us know how it tastes. ; )

Uh, it is a sea cucumber? These are all Class Holothuroidea, common name, 'sea cucumber'.

Has someone ever eaten one of these things [perhaps not the one specified in the OP]? More I look at them, the more I see that these are delicacies in a lot of different cultures.

I'm also surprised none of you graphics gurus have manipulated the colors and such in that photo to make it look the part, ha. It'd be so cute. ; )

Does this creature produce asexually or bisexually like everyone else?  They need a special about this creature on the discovery channel.  So many unknowns.
