Starcraft Iscript problems

Hey, I am importing custom models into my exe but when I run the game it always crashes. I am pretty sure this is because they have no animations or the animations they are using are being directed to them or something. Anyway I believe I need to use iscript in order to get it working. I installed the lastest version of IceCC from shadowflare's site but I cant get it to run. I was wondering if anyone that was experienced in the iscript area could help me get this to work or maybe help me create the required iscript files needed.

Icecc needs to be under the C:\ directory to run. (Or you can use SF's updated version, but the new command names confuse me/screwed all of my files).

You also need the java environment thingy to run the .jar file, which is the GUI.
