Can you figure out what's not quite right about that song?

Spoiler: Hatsune Miku is not a person, the song is completely artificially generated by a sample library. This is possible with a technology developed by yamaha called Vocaloid. It's pretty neat. Maybe one day we could get rid of singers entirely. I mean, they're the ones who always break up the band, amirite?

Yeah, I was wondering when this was going to happen. There's already been a flood of Autotune-enabled singers to the point that actual people who can somewhat sing are even getting into it like Britney Spears.

It's just some chick jumped up on Ventrilo singing a song in a high pitched voice, then greatly increasing the playback speed using Audacity...

Actually that video doesn't do vocaloid justice, there are much better videos to show it off.
