Need help with a custom campaign I've downloaded.

I downloaded Fall From Grace from the front page, and every time I try to open it, I get this message:

"This application has failed to start because storm.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

After that, Starcraft stops working and closes. What's going on? How can I fix it?

I'm not sure if this would work, but i recently downloaded Aeon of the Hawk which had a file called storm.dll. You might want to try giving that a dl. It's on the front page as well. Again, I have no idea if this will work because I don't know the purpose of storm.dll. Good luck!
