Resetting Character Levels for Books 1 & 2

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help - I wanted to play through the first two books again with level 1 characters - but the characters all are at level 10 - I read in another thread that you can reset the characters by going to the final mission on book 2 and selecting not to transfer over the character levels - but I can't seem to do this.

In book two I can't find the stage I need - can someone please tell me what it is called - also I deleted the SorceriaBook2.w3p file - is that why I can't access the stage? If someone has a SorceriaBook2.w3p file that allows access to the stage where I can select to reset the character levels could you post a copy of it please? I don't really want to create a new profile if possible....

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated - many thanks.

It's Fight Dragon. I think the newest version has it accessible by default.

Thank you for the reply - I've had a look at the stage select screen and can't see the stage called "Fight Dragon" - I've attached a screen of all the levels I can see - do you think it needs to be unlocked so I will have to play through all the missions again to get it? I wish I never got rid of my SorceriaBook2.w3p file now...

It should work if you just complete Fatal Duel. You can finish it quickly with cheat codes, of course.

Thanks for all your help - the Fight Dragon mission appeared after beating Fatal Duel and I was able to reset the characters from there.

are you sure thats how its done because i went to fight dragon typed clearnewgameplus and they were still level 10

I had a few problems getting it to work but I think it did eventually - some people suggest starting a new profile but that can be a bit of a pain - which version of books 1 and 2 are you using? I believe the latest releases fix this problem so it always works fine now - haven't tested this first hand though.
