You were our shortest time member. You applied, introed, and never came back XD
If you think you have enough time now and you want to reapply, by all means tell me

Re: Starcraft: Sons of War
This looks really cool, I look forward to seeing it finished. Definitely the highest quality mod I've seen since Dominion War (but that was a total conversion, so there's some things between them that can't be compared.)
I would have loved to help you with this mod, but you have everything covered that I could have done, not to mention that it's all done better than I could have done it. Not to mention that I've been working on my total conversion mod (which is nowhere near as good looking as yours.)

I'm not unstable.
Unstable implies that I could BECOME more dangerous than I am now.

Your rattail looks more like an Undead marine from TOA and your tank's vents aren't so much vents as they are massive protrusions...
They are pretty decent although I think the rattail's arms are rather stubby.

It's because human beings don't comprehend static posing so much compared to action poses. So yes, he does look weird. Plus his head is much smaller than the rest of his armor.

Re: Starcraft: Sons of War
im not exactly sure what static posing means but i think its refering to the tilt optic because one side is closer
when the upper body meets the legs the sizeing doesnt match or something
the gun and colors look greatest
1. what do use to make this stuff
2. how hard/time consuming is it

This seems good stuff. How much maps are you planning to make for the campaign? And videos? You even replaced the Stukov animation for that soldier dude, now that must have been hard to make. Will you complete it in 2008?

Autodesk Maya and 3DS Max. You can download a free trial in the Autodesk website, and the program is full of tutorials.1. what do use to make this stuff
Depends on the purpose of the model. A simple one like the Phalanx (sprite purposes) took under a week, while some of our cinematic models can take 3 weeks. Texturing and rigging not included.2. how hard/time consuming is it
8 for Z, 8 for T, and 8 for P.How much maps are you planning to make for the campaign?
The SOW Intro video, the Z cinematic, the T cinematic, and the P cinematic. And videos?
Not really, you just have to browse your WinMPQ a while and you'll find very interesting stuff. You even replaced the Stukov animation for that soldier dude, now that must have been hard to make.
We hope so. Or at least before SC2Will you complete it in 2008?

Re: Starcraft: Sons of War
Definitely the Ultralisk and the Siege Tank are done extremely well, but somehow I don't like the Rattail too much. It seems not to fit well with the Terran infantry scheme somehow. That's my opinion though.

It's probably because of the helmet. We're searching ways to improve it into something pleasing to the eye
