For a very rare time, I see that the votes are split relatively evenly between CC and SA instead of most votes being clogged on one site or another.

I did enter by posting on the SA side first (as Terran, pretty much any time) in addition to be willing to be a moderator. So far, the non-duplicate entries from SA are Taeradun, Suicidal-Child, Darkhearst, deathsythe7, Lwerewolf and BilltheEmu.

While it can be a tempting idea, I am not exactly confident it would work especially when we have no exact idea of the true availability of all the current participants on each side. It can be easily possible that one side got like 75% of their participants that don't come at all.

But I think it should be considered for another tourney but under different settings and rules. :p

Well, 16 people have signed up, and we have a few backup players, so I think it's time to get this show on the road.  Additional players may still sign up at this time, especially since it is likely that dudes won't show up.  Anyway, I have compared people's avaliabilities and determined that the first part of the tournament will occur:

Everyone please post whether or not you will probably be available at this time (even if you're not).  Once I see the headcount, I will make up the bracket (as randomly as possible while still trying to take availability into account) and post in a separate thread, which will contain only the brackets and match results.  If you're not available to play at this time, don't panic -- there will be other tournament meetings.

Hmm, I get out at 5 PM from class (PST) so that means I'd have an hour to get here. It's possible, but I hit traffic so I'd possibly be SLIGHTLY late.

IMO it should start an hour or so earlier because of school the next day (8:30 classes m/w/f XD ) but that works for me and I'll be attending
