A brown haired woman, next to the insignia of the Confederation, plus she is a high ranking officer (at least two golden stars on her left shoulder, maybe more if the hair would'nt be there....)

I guess that can only be Fleet Admiral Karla Wainwright.

If she already looks like this, I wonder what Mustapha Ra'Chek will be like

I don't think this is Mustapha. First this person has silver ranking marks, not in gold like Wainright. He is most likely a major/colonel etc, not an admiral. In addition, when I think of Ra'Check, I think of someone with the habitus of a hardcore bargaining retail dealer on a turkish bazar paired with an attitude to overthrow his superiors if they act against his firmest believes. This guy looks too clean cut and straight. Plus he appears more like SE asian rather than middle eastern. Also, IMHO, for Ra'Check a beard is a sine non qua.

I don't have an idea who this character might be. Perhaps someone new, or someone from FA, as I could not play though some of the missions (yet) as they are just a little too difficult for me.

For those that hadn't figured it out you can see the pictures by refreshing the page a few times. It's odd, but it works.
