In Book 4's second interlude Nekurow and Shizuka fought for the first time, I wonder whether it happened in reality or in Purgatory.
I noticed Reptilon units have some refrence to 'Sal Clan' or 'Dracos Clan'. Are Sal and Dracos someones' name?

2. They're Reptilon clan names organized based on their appearances (all Reptilons in my mind are some kind of humanoid or quadroped lizards of some kind which is lazily represented in War3; for instance Arma Clan are guys with heavy armor plates on them, but in-game they're giant sea turtles).
