Alright, since I am off this upcoming Friday, I will be much wanting to spend any time on Starcraft.

A one-time Firebat Friday will be scheduled the next Friday, August 17th. The event will start at 9:00 PM (GMT -5, Eastern Time), usually lasts up to 6 hours and the meeting channel will be "op tpcnet" on USWest (NOT USEast).

For the common FF players back then, the above is just the usual in terms of meeting time/location.

Newcomers are welcome. If you decide to come late, whisper me (/w Ricky_Honejasi yourmessage) since it will be likely that we will be in the middle of a game and you will find the channel empty.

Quick edit : You can add me on AIM to ease communications (especially for newcomers). My AIM nickname is "Ricky Honejasi".

Most Firebat Friday games tend to be melee-oriented but if you have UMS maps that you might want to play at FF, it will be preferable that you upload them as attachments on this thread so I can at least download it in advance for hosting (rather than messing over MSN/AIM to upload them to me in-mid event).

As I said, it will be a one-time event but it might restart the weekly FF event (for the 3rd time) depending on the popularity and fun factor of this upcoming one. However if it does, unlike in the past, I WON'T feel "responsible" to mostly come to FF to record replays or to host in general.

Oh yeah ... Mesk, if you want to add up your AI BW mod for this upcoming FF, upload it as an attachment for everyone else to download it on both CC/SA FF threads, thank you.
