Scense when does Blizzard invoke copyright infringement on fanart? I think it is very good and Blizzard may like it. Who knows that may be the box we buy!!!

That's not fanart, that's using Blizzard's are and adjusting the perspective to look like a box. THAT is copyright infringement. Yes, there's a very minor chance of it actually being noted, but an even less chance of it being considered as the box art.

Keep in mind, I think the design is nice, I think Cliff's post about submitting it is dumb since it's not original artwork.

not to mention by release they'll probably want to feature more up-to-date screenshots on the box, the "hell it's about time" slogan won't remain relevant forever and I'm guessing rather than that nifty looking grey thing for the front they'll probably choose to go with some sort of protoss/terran/zerg pic on the front cover, either featuring all 3 in 1 or do a Wc3-style thing with different box designs.

I think it'll be more of a WC3-style thing. Although, I would kinda like the "hell it's about time" to be somewhere on the first boxes to be released, it would be a nifty little collectors thing.
