alright, that did it. I am officially declaring my LotCC to be indefinitely postponedNegi wrote: F!shbrain I need something from you. You know the old Campaign Creations story thingy where lavarinth was a defiler and everyone continued the story in their own posts? Could you send that document to me?

I simply don't have enought time for it, and the idea thats being discussed in this thread is much cooler anyway.

Haha, you're talking about the part where everyone continues each other's sentences? Good times. Someone HAS to have it, try AA7 or mAc, haha.Xenon wrote: I hope someone can find that. I remember this part:

I think you'd have to know a few years worth of history to make something worth-while.chris wrote:alright, that did it. Re: Problems with The Fenix (and other mods)
Hey F!shbrain. I've got a problem running The Fenix. I keep getting this notice(s) when I run the Patch laoder:
"Blocking code failed to initialize – Windows NT users will see problems"
and
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)"
I think it's the first one that's important, but I don't get what the problem is/what it means?

I'm using Windows XP, SC patch version 1.151, and I have either regular or brood war.

I believe you'd have to downgrade to 1.07 or lower to have this work.

Re: Problems with The Fenix (and other mods)
You pretty much have to dual BW installations.smoshrobotics wrote: Not to sound like a complete idiot, but can I ask how to do that and keep my upgraded version?
In short, uninstall BW, reinstall BW, patch up to 1.07, make a folder copy of BW, patch up to 1.15.1. Then, you will just need to rename your first copy's folder to some other name (ex : from starcraft to starcraft_real) and rename your 1.07 copy to the original name (ex : starcraft_v1_07 to starcraft) and then run any mod, rename them back for 1.15.1
EDIT : While most of the content are in 1.07, some of them requires 1.10 so you might want to patch to 1.10 before patching 1.15.1 and keep yet another folder copy for keeping v1.10.

Re: Problems with The Fenix (and other mods)
The real problem is the CWAL!!! CWAL doesn't work on Vista, 2000 or XP. You gotta convert it to MPQ manually.
