I believe the creator, Varanus, is no longer interested in StarCraft and lost interest in making user-created content a while back. It was just sort of dropped. Shit happens, I guess. Sorry bud.

This is correct, Varanus simply lost interest in creating the sequel, but since the first one was of respectable quality, I had to leave it up.
