Raynor IS pretty bitchin', although I think those common Wraith guys are kick-ass as well, with those stereotypical pilot voices and quips.

Aldaris is the king of awesome in SC.
Garithos was basically the Aldaris of TFT, so he gets my vote there.

Aldaris was actually cool. He was a jerk for a while but eventually he came round and fought the good fight. Garithos is just a racist.

Actually I don't remember the plot of WC3 very well but that's okay because it was stupid.

Garithos' personality made him an interesting character in a game full of pansies.

Aldaris was just pure ownage since he was the only one who realized what was going on during the Protoss campaign of BW. And his voice was great.
