2010 February 09 - Earth 2160 - AMB08

Post by IskatuMesk »

Title: AMB08
Source: Earth 2160
Artist: Maciej Pawlowski
Type: Orchestral

It is times like these, where our future hangs on the edge of a knife, where all we have held dear threatens to crumble to ruin, that we must keep heart. We must remain strong. This is a theme to give us that strength.

Earth 2160 had a wonderful soundtrack I ripped and split by hand from the game shortly after its release. A pity the game itself, despite having an engine years ahead of its day, was a complete and total failure.

Looks like I missed the monday mark by like 10 minutes but I'VE BEEN BUSY MAKING SOMETHING EPIC, IT'LL BE WORTH IT I PROMISE

Very true!

Some time ago I've finally sold this game, which I had bought 2006. The soundtrack was indeed one of the things, that make Earth 2160 valuable, but the whole rest is a bad (polish) joke.  :P

My conclusion is: Nobody needs Earth 2160 after StarCraft II is on the way.  8)
