This is news?  Blizzard has been a strong proponent of Mac/PC equality since the release of Diablo II or WarCraft III.  The Mac version has always been launched simultaneously with the PC.  This is why I've been a loyal and dedicated customer to Blizzard Entertainment for most of my life.
I have seen the Desler.  I have tasted of his milk and honey.

It's interesting that there won't be two separate versions for each. I strolled the Mac games section in Fry's Electronics a few months ago, and was amazed at the wide selection of such titles as: Age of Mythology ($50), The Sims 2 ($60), and sooo much more. The deals were astounding.

If you can afford to port it in the first place, putting it on the same disc makes sense. It avoids having to sell it as two or more different products, and most of the disc space is used by platform-independent MPQ data anyway.

It also makes it easier for me, seeing as I dual-boot.  8)

I'm not sure what's interesting or new about this- Someone has to counter Disney's stupid Bluray + DVD release packs.
