I think that sounds like it might be Korean, actually. Also, all of the text in the video is in Korean for sure.

At least some of the scenes in that seem to be the exact scenes that were in an animated movie with the same name (I saw it on TV once). Of course, that's bound to happen with both being based on the same story.
