BBC News - Protests grow over digital bill
These are some of the reasons why I plan to leave England; anyone got good suggestion of places to go? Canada is my first choice, but do they have privacy?

I've yet to hear about anything stupid like that happening up here, any attempts to change things have been met by extreme laziness.

Somehow I don't think this will make it through (I only read one of the articles) because of massive public outlash. But then again, after hearing stories from Europeans about how badly those countries handle things like gun laws and censorship, I wouldn't be surprised if it did.
Canada may be a pretty awful country, but we're probably one of the best countries to be in if you want to use the internet.
