[Map] Can you fix a corrupted map?

I have a map and I think it's corrupted. 
The Zerg  Hatcheries/Lairs/Hives stop producing larva.
Is there anyway to fix this? Everything else is fine.
The triggers work and the Protoss do their thing but without larva the Zerg are useless.
It is an extra map from a campaign by a guy called FunkeyBomber.
While making his campaign he had a HD failyer but he says he was able to recover all his data.
I think he missed this map and does not know it is bad.
I think every map contains code that draws the map and preforms the basic chores like telling a hatchery how and when to produce larva as part of the sprite system. If that is the case then can I swap out that block of code?

If there is too many units on the map and the map hits the unit limit, larva will not spawn. I have never heard of map corruption actually affecting the properties of units. I also do not believe maps contain anything related to how units function; otherwise mods would be limited to map properties, whereas a mod can effect every map, even UMS maps. That would be awfully superfluous and bloated if they did.

OK Thanks guys. You learn something new every day, but it may not be what you expected. Problem solved.
Too many units on the map. We tend to think in terms of just one player and not all the players.
I looked at the Zerg and saw 16 drones 2 Overlords and one lonely Hatchery.
But not at the other seven Protoss Players. Each one under the player unit limit but,
as they build their armies you reach the overall unit limit and the hatcheries stop producing larva.

BTW, How do I upload this map? It's a nice teaching map.
With all the money you will ever need you learn how to take down seven Insane Protoss AI's.

Well I found out that fighting 7 Insane AI's is no fun, hard work, and not doable without cheating.
Even in the God mode I still run up against the total unit limit.
Even if I start them out with 4 probes and a nexus it's still 7 against 1 and that gets boring very quick.
But it is still a good map to learn from.
