There's two longer videos on gametrailers as well, also in the desert zone.

Looks pretty nice. Blizzard's level design has improved a lot since WoW.

Yeah it looks a little darker, also I found some graphics prediction poll on some forum, with people actually thinking D3 will have requirements similar to D2, voting 32MB video, I haven't had a laugh that good in awhile.

Your video got nuked. Here's the ones I was talking about.

Be careful to avoid the comments. Gametrailers is notorious for brain damage.

Oh ya... Why doesn't it surprise me that this guy has "halo" in his nickname?

With Blizzard, it'll be mediocre at the least so it's something to look forward to.  It's just that it'll need a good hook since as is, it'll seem like just a stunted version of WoW with more cutting-edge graphics.

I'm not sure what that'd be since everything they could add, WoW can do better (Race customisation, item crafting, addiction to character stat crunching) but if they release some good add-ons or even better, allow modding, Diablo III could definitely carve out a very good niche.  Hopefully, it'll be the modding aspect which they'll push since we've already seen 2 unofficial Diablo 3 games released already (Hellgate:London and Mythos) which were greeted with mixed reviews.

Not impressed: 1 minute of gameplay and it already looks extremely repetitive.

The graphics look fantastic, though. I hope D3 makes up for the huge loss of ambience D2 had, if compared to the much darker and more immersive D1.

I'll be happy enough that there won't be things to 1 shot myself on because of iron maiden or immunities.

As long as the dark gore is there ill be happy. The terrain looks amazing and I'm glad they are putting a lot of effort into it. I just hope the classes are as fun as the D2 counterparts were.

Welcome to RPGs.

Considering that the majority of class skills have not been made/revealed yet, I imagine it will look that way.

This, skill bonuses were a good part in all the classes, they had a good amount of skills too, I don't think they can mess up the new characters besides adding something ridiculous like Hammers again.

It's in the lore. If it's already been done, I can guarantee you that you will see it again in D3. They may change the effects of them around, though, so they might end up at least slightly different from what you'd expect.  :-\

iiirc "Runes" are more like Glyphs in WoW now. But that isn't to say they won't put something like the d2 version in.
