The documentary is quite nice and does interviews with gamers who have gotten wound up in online words (MMOs specifically) as well as game creators and the gamers close friends or family (if any).  It's free and has a good runtime to hold your attention, especially when the MMO gamer describes how he snagged 3 women online, one of whom drew a knife on him and another who was married.

Look into the abyss and despair

It is Hulu, so those with non-American IPs are out of luck.*
