Rakashua survey's the grim sight, looks like I chose a really bad time to be a tourist.... he decides.
Great now I'm stuck on a ship full of aliens murderers and now a corpse... what else could go wrong?
"Well I'll be the first to say that I didn't do it," he proclaims to the others, "not like anyone else isn't going to say the same thing." he decides, half heartedly.
"Isn't there supposed to be security systems in these things? I don't remember reading about murder possibilities when I booked this trip." He says, regaining some of the color lost to his face.
No one seems to care about the antics of the poor tourist type, "Next time I'm flying Toss-Space-Lanes" he grumbles to himself.

And now there is naught to do but wait... until the others speak for themselves, secretly, Rakashua believes that a higher power did away with the poor soul, the god that controls the universe, known by one name only, Narrator

I vote for deadpool.

If Lavarinth's corpse was dead for several hours, a pool of blood would have formed.
Although, the way that Lav died isn't specified.

Deadpool looks at the others and try's to think of something inspirational to say. Failing at it, a little yellow thinking bubble appears floating over his head, it shows a man standing there looking out the window, then someone in black sneaks behind him and hits him in the back on the head with a shoe killing him.
"hay guys... you all might think this is weird but i think he got murdered .... What??" everyone stared at him.

"I think ill just go back into my little corner" He said as he walked to a chair and sat down.

I vote for deadpool.

Rakashua was about to ask anyone if they were going to speak when, out of the blue, FlyingHat proclaims that it was deadpool....
Not only was this quite odd considering that someone could come to a conclusion about who had murdered whom when it was not even an hour after the body had been found, but it could be potentially incriminating!
So, being the logical tactician he was, Rakashua sat down to share his thoughts and think this through.

"Newest development: FlyingHat proclaims Deadpool the murderer."
"Known facts? None, Flying Hat gave NO reason for his accusation."
"Speculations?" he pauses to think, "Well there are really only three choices before us, Flying hat is either the murderer and is now trying to up his record to two kills in 24 hours by voting for a Random person to be, ahem, ejected."
Deep breath,
"Or, he could be that weird telepathic dude that I read about being on this ride.... he could have read Deadpool's mind (cough cough if he could find it cough cough) and figured out that he really WAS the Murderer and is therefore trying to bring him to justice by getting him ejected out of the ship, but if so, why not give us a reason for his accusation?"
"Of course," Rakashua continues after a pause, "there's always the chance that he's just another ordinary guy without telepathy or a psychotic killing intent and is just acting for no apparent reason at all save that some sick and twisted people enjoy watching others be shoved out airlocks...." shrugs,  "no offense intended but I do have to cover ALL possibilities."

"So!" another deep breath, "What say you? Is deadpool innocent or guilty? Is FlyingHat a cold blooded killer, a justice seeking telepath, or some randomly voting innocent pawn?"

"I invite both Deadpool and FlyingHat to present us with any real evidence for their innocence or reason for voting."

"Oh yes, and of course don't forget that I could be a murderer as well, even though I'm not, at this point there's no way I can see that I could prove my innocence to you, except of course by inviting the telepath to read my mind, maybe he will tonight and clear my name."

[Deadpool]

Ok wait a sec..... If we are all standing here who is flying the ship?

Guess I will  Deadpool walks in the direction of the bridge.

[Deadpool]

Deadpool comes back from the bridge. "Darn, there is a key code for the ship. We will never be able to land!" Deadpool falls on the ground in a vary dramatic way. "NOOOOO!!!"

  FlyingHat noticeably trembles, eying her fellow crewmembers with obvious fear. Suddenly, she whips out a laser pistol and points it straight at Deadpool's face. "Die!" she screams, but before she can fire, Rakashua tackles her. In a few moments her gun is wrestled from her grasp, and Rakashua and Deadpool hold her securely.
  "Let's throw her out the airlock," Rakashua suggests. Since no one offers an opinion to the contrary, FlyingHat is dragged through the corridors of the Shyndora until Rakashua and Deadpool reach the airlock. Opening the door, they throw FlyingHat inside the airlock and hastily seal the hatch.
  Rakashua hits the "Eject" button, and a short, roaring hiss emanates from the airlock. It doesn't take long for FlyingHat's body to explode in the darkness of space.
  Inside, the remaining crewmembers eye each other warily. Did they get rid of an Infiltrator? A thorough search of FlyingHat's quarters proves inconclusive. As the night cycle begins, each person makes doubly sure sure the locks on his or her door are secure. Will anyone last the night?

FLYINGHAT HAS BEEN LYNCHED. THE NIGHT CYCLE HAS BEGUN.

"Well that was close. Thanks, Rakashua, but I didn't really need it." He said as he picked up the gun that Flying hat had attempted to shoot him with. "Look, this gun still has the safety on  " Yet another yellow thinking bubble appeared over Deadpools head. It showed Flyinghat taking the gun pointing at Deadpool and pulling the trigger, as nothing happened Flying hat kept pulling the trigger as fast as she could, then the gun got overpowered and blew up in her face. Then the ship blew up since it was not meant for a laser gun on over power next to the core. "hehehe then again, Thanks Rakashua"  "Good night all"
