Blizzards lawyers went after them when they were releasing Fallen Angel because the site looked too official looking.  It was right around the same time they announced StarCraft Ghost.  It was speculated that the only reason they went after them was because the two were very similar.  In the end, all Oracle had to do was to put 'unofficial' in the site name and all was well.

I always thought it was a compliment that it was highly professional. I also remember they had to state it was a 'mod' as I believe, legally, that suggested it was fan-made work rather than let some bozo's think it was really made by Blizzard or something.
