Blizzard hasn't shown any cloaked units yet (save for burrowed Zerglings). Hopefully cloaked units will be shown as distortion effects like in SC; perhaps Blizzard hasn't finalized the effect yet. I can't tell if burrowed Zerglings leave a distortion effect on the ground like in SC (I have the lower-resolution video); maybe someone with the high-resolution video can see it, but it's possible the Zerglings were added by triggers before surfacing (or had invulnerability or ridiculously high HP) because otherwise the nukes would kill them.
The distortion effect for cloaked units probably won't be too high-end because it needs to look the same for all players without impacting performance on lower-end computers. If the effect changed with the game's graphic detail level it would give undue advantage to one player or another regarding the ability to pick out cloaked units.
This is probably why Blizzard restricted the camera zoom in WC3 and may do it again in SC2; a player with a higher-resolution monitor could zoom out farther and have view of a larger battlefield area while still being able to pick out important details. Hopefully we will be able to do whatever we want with the camera in replays and when allowed by a custom map's triggers.
Edit: New Battle.net functionality... hmm... how about the ability to play co-op or competitive campaigns online or on a LAN? Maybe even Blizzard's campaign could be played in multiplayer. Even if there were only 1 or 2 player-controlled armies, these could each be controlled by a group of players ala Empire Clash.
Carriers? Archons? How about fusing two Carriers together to get... Carriarchons aka a Carrier with another Carrier taped onto it?
