Every day is Black Friday on eBay

Someone was trampled to death by shoppers on Black Friday,  Definitely not for the first time.  Seriously though, do these people even bother looking at eBay?  While I admit there are some good deals here and there at the stores, the deals on eBay are usually comparable and usually the entire year around.

For those who do not already frequent eBay, the prospect of buying products through secondhand sources might be offputting. Or for people who are afraid of the internet and don't want to give their credit card information to any website, no matter how reputable. Or people who like to hold something in their hands before spending money on it. There are lots of reasons not to use eBay (though whether or not the reasons are good ones is a separate issue).

The charm of Black Friday is definitely lost on me, especially since I'm someone who does most of his shopping online.  Racing around and fighting off frenzied people for meager discounts (not to mention waking up that early the day after Thanksgiving) just isn't my idea of a good time.  I'll spend my day off doing somethin' else, thanks...

I was informing my cousin's girlfriend she could purchase her brand new DSLR camera off eBay for a cheaper price than listed for the Black Friday special. Just as Mill said, she was putoff thinking it could be falsely labeled.

Yeah, my friend went Black Friday shopping at 4 AM last night, since the stores here opened at midnight.  That tied nicely into our hanging out though so it was okay.

Yes, I know what you mean. I went at 6AM, when the stores here opened up, only to successfully hang out with my cousins at 11AM. That tied nicely into our hanging out so it was okay. It is only.. Once a year. I'm sure my cousins would not have been bothered if it did not tie in nicely, since it's only.. Once a year. .... Jerk.

The only thing I see that is really cheap are DVDs.  Some movies are like 3-6$.  Of course if you are a pirate, everything is free.  So Black Friday once again screwed by the internet!

I was fine with it, he was the one who was like "I CAN'T HANG OUT DAWG I HAVE TO SHOP @ 4 AM" so I was like "Well then you can just come over 'til then since we hang out 'til late anyway."

I went to the mall here, and it wasn't even that crowded... I did find an awesome 2-for-1 deal on season sets for anime which I got, but I wasn't sure if that was a Black Friday thing or just a Christmas season deal.

I purchase the season collections during Black Friday only for nostalgic purposes, haha. I did, however, buy six Blue Rays from Amazon.
