Actually, most of Americans know Bill Clinton led America with a surplus of money every year of his term, and it was a much calmer and more prosperous age, unlike our current President.

Bill Clinton presided over the rise of the internet.  As soon as the dot com bubble burst (which was right when George Bush took office), stocks tumbled down.  Although Bush is responsible for a lot of spending anyways.

Which is why myself and not any of you has gotten all of the awards.

Here, let me list them.

- Biggest asshole.
- Biggest pessimist.
- Most angsty.
- Most likely to be the next world leader.
- Winner of every single gang shootout since 1942.
- Has eaten the most pie.
- Set the most fires.
- Urinated the most (volume, in gallons) in Hercanic's shoes.
- Exploded the most.
