I don't get it... I downloaded TBLEdit from the internet and the Visual Basics 4.0 thing then, when I open TBLEdit... it says: Cannot read file! Those are the actual words, no additional long letters and number file thing. nid help! My MODs look wierd cause many names keeps on repeating and I can't do anything about it!

Check SF's site and make sure you've downloaded/installed everything the program needs. Pretty sure it needs some runtime files.
