Game : MAFIA VI - Reaper's Pleasure

The basic gameplay is best explained in an old post of Milldawg's there : Basic Mafia Rules

As a quick remainder, all secret actions (mafioso, detective, doctor) during the game night is to be PM'ed to God (me).

So for that game, I intend to nominate myself as god/GM of this game although I might accept to give the position to someone else.

The specific rules for Mafia VI :

General

1 ) Randomization of the roles WILL also make random numbers of each role. Minimums/Maximums : 1 to 1 mafioso per 3 players, 0 to 1 detective per 3-4 players, 0 to 1 doctor per 3-4 players. All the rest ends up being
2 ) If there is a large number of players, there might be 2 or multiple mafioso teams rival to each other.
3 ) With the exception of the teammate mafiosos, all same profession players won't know each other off the start.
Example : Player #1 and #2 are both doctors but Player #1 won't know that Player #2 is a doctor and vice versa.
4 ) Delays between from game day and night switches will be around 2 days of real-time. Can be more or less depending on the situation.

Mafioso and death

5 ) Mafioso will communicate between themselves by PM to determine their target. If there are 3 mafiosos or more in the same mafioso team, the majority of killing votes counts.
6 ) Mafiosos will be exceptionally allowed to kill a non-player (for the sake of continuing the game while not actually killing anybody). Will also end up that way if a mafioso team is unable to get a majority decision on which target to kill.
7 ) If you are dead, you are no longer allowed to say anything else in the thread. (Mostly as a remainder)

Doctor
8 ) If a mafioso would normally kill a target but the target was saved by the doctor, the description WILL imply that the person was saved by the doctor.

Detective
9 ) If two detectives discover each other via searches, the first one is allowed to PM the other one to tell him to search him to prove he is a detective. After that, both detectives are allowed to share their information to each other over PMs, to continue each of their individual searches, to plan the searches over PMs and share their future new findings.

So signing is up until September 16th (about one week to join). Unfortunately, it won't be possible to join the game after the game starts (although I might give a join-up extension date or allow last second entries but nothing after that).

Night falls ...

A fantastic wrestling show is going on as two fighters goes on with the match.

Mattz the TPC is fighting some newbie that went on the show for some story reason. Ya know, fresh blood so the business don't die in the long run. However, few really had any real favor on the newbie so the more aware people wonders what the show's big boss had in his mind to hire that new wrestler ...

Anyway, it's clear the newbie can't win regardless if it was a real fight or not as Mattz does his stunning moves on him. The newbie almost went flying outside as Mattz ran across him ... only to be on Mattz' second run.

Outside of the ring, the newbie's head soon became a bloody mess as Mattz decided to let his steroids from earlier kick in harder to push his head like a mop on the metal post of the ring. As soon Mattz released the newbie, he quickly ran inside the ring. Mattz shortly followed after.

The newbie still back on the ground soon enough, Mattz did a People's Elbow and was aiming the guy's stomach. The newbie tried to "dodge" it only to make it land Mattz' super move on the nuts. Sure, the newbie's girlfriend usually did kick his nuts at times when he was a good-for-nothing but god dammit he never knew the true definition of "bending over".

The referee clearly knew it wasn't intentional so Mattz wasn't penalized although they did let the guy recover from it. As soon the time out was over, the newbie was soon to be pinned down.

The referee counts ... "1 ... 2 ... 3!".

Loud gunshot.

Usually the bell would have rang but the bell ringer was startled as everyone else.

Mattz didn't unpin ... since he was shot to the head and still stayed on the newbie in his pin position.

The spectators cried as they knew it wasn't fake. The authorities were already on place to inspect Mattz' body and in addition to catch anyone with a gun that would be the likely murderer.

Nothing. The murderer managed to leave the building without leaving any real clue other than the killing was made by a professional. The news of Mattz' death were broadcast live already during the night.

Mattz (Non-Player) died at the hands of the mafioso during his wrestling match.

Day

Early this morning, people start accusing others and the idea of lynching someone is already a reality ...

Thus the accusations began ...
