Where do you see the word allowed? I don't think they're illegal anyway, I live way up north, and they make minimum wage I know for a fact.

Oh ok, as long as you pay them well.

I think it will take a big campaign like a LOTC or an Antioch to inspire people to make campaigns in the first place, just as Antioch was a pioneer in the SC era. (no matter what else you have to say about that campaign, thats pretty much just a fact). Its like the first domino that knocks over the rest, but someone has to start it. Antioch gained the attention of the community, and soon after that, a lot of people were curious about the map editor and what they could do. I know it did pique my interest when I saw the attention Antioch was getting. I thought it was worth creating a campaign if there was any sort of audience of significance. Was another problem with the WC3 era, no one really did anything that had a ton of mass appeal like Antioch did. But Oracle at least knows how to market LOTC3, so at the very least, if no one else does anything, that alone should set off the chain reaction.

Lavvz: I wasn't stating against Mexicans either way. All I was saying is that there has become quite a contingency of them in the Louisiana/Texas region of the US. There is a trailer park a few blocks from my house that has a bunch of tiny mobile homes where the Mexicans, that are being paid to help build a new Oil Refinery south of my town, are staying. Honestly, if we didn't have a wave of Mexicans that are ready to work for a modest pay (never less than minimum wage), it would have taken us years to recover from Hurricane Rita, rather than about 6 months or so.
Plus, I love Mexico! Well, the tourists parts anyway. I went for 2 weeks this summer. Only problem is getting gas was a chore, even though it's only like $2.79 down there.

You got a point there with LotC, though SC2s campaign scene will not be a reset to SC1's, where people need motivation to go campaign, because we know SC2's audience will only be even bigger and thus more people develop. That said, Oracle is going to totally kick ass.
