I know a lot of you live in other "countries"
but how many of you who are able to are gonna be going, or planning/wanting to go?

I've was meaning too go last year but dint. I'm waiting for the Warcraft 4. But because they killed so many main characters as raid bosses i'm not sure its going to happen.

The thing I hate about Blizzcon is it comes during a busy time of the year for me in terms of sales, and every year I make a comittment to go, then break it, and regret it after. Of course, I'd have a lot less cash now than if I went. Rrgh.

There's the middle ground I can stand on - but being there and being able to actually play SC2 would still be 1000% more exciting.

You're giving me a ride there? Okay, then. Let's do it.WB wrote: I know a lot of you live in other "countries"but how many of you who are able to are gonna be going, or planning/wanting to go?
Otherwise, wish I could, definitely won't be.

Re: Blizzon 08, whos going?
I'd love to, but during the time when work for me is slow I'd have less money.
They use their creative mind to create new characters. And they dont have raid bosses in WC3 and wont in WC4 if a RTS.Inuyasha7 wrote: I've was meaning too go last year but dint. WarCraft 4 should probably pick up where WC3 left off, as WoW has no real storyline.

Re: Blizzon 08, whos going?
WoW has a good story to start how the Lich King's plans are (now that Wrath of the Lich King is coming) and with how they are introducing lore characters such as Brann Bronzebeard and deaths like Illidan. Plus the Ashbringer is a nice addition making it another good lore weapon like Frostmourne.

Re: Blizzon 08, whos going?
What's stupid, though, is those not into MMORPGs or more importantlyp not into 40 man raids don't get to know the story continuing in WoW. Sorry if I'm not ADDICTED enough to have all this epic tier 87283472 gear to go kill Illidan after a 30 hour instance.Marine 382BB wrote: WoW has a good story to start how the Lich King's plans are (now that Wrath of the Lich King is coming) and with how they are introducing lore characters such as Brann Bronzebeard and deaths like Illidan. EDIT: Oh, I'm going. For sure I'm going. Already looking up hotels. They're still cheap (50-60) for those nights.

Re: Blizzon 08, whos going?
What I meant by it having no story is that any random person can go kill Illidan or Kael. In the RTS someone like Thrall and Jaina are going to do that part.
I do play WoW but find it rather annoying to have to do like a 10 hour instance for Illidan and come out with crap.
