Found some stuff

ok so I finally found some old CDs I burned years ago when clearing up some harddrive space and found some old campaigns from other sites in the community and whatnot

I remember downloading some Spiff Wars thing that had like one map that I think I still have on CD somewhere.

The mod that came with it had all these cool animations in the main menu like Mario running and the map was some installation thing where you ran around getting keycards

That would be extremely awesome if you had it laying around somewhere, because as far as I know, it doesn't exist.  And yeah, all the exe was was me playing around with bink video tools   There may have been some custom sounds and whatnot, but not much.

found what appears to be 2 Spiff Wars maps and an EXE haven't tried them out yet though

oh yeah i just remembered it's possible i might have the dave the scv maps on CD somewhere

there was some other campaign i was supposed to look for on CD but never got around to, so i'll probably look for them both in the next few days

I do have a demo (first few maps) of King Gus and the Zealots of the Hexagonal Cube, however.

Good game, Taeradun, good game. Now we battle for rights for the files over Brawl! Who cares of Mr. made Spiff Wars.. It'll be like Michael Jackson buying the rights to Beatles songs without letting anyone from the Beatles have any rights from them, even though they made them! (At least I think it was the Beatles)

2) since Mr. is still active in the community it'd be easy for him to make any decision regarding if he even wants it publicly hosted at all

3) IIRC Spiff Wars was hosted at Alkali Studios back in the day, which while you were AS's leader as you are CC's now, merged into GameProc which merged into Samods, so...

4) I think I've made it clear by now I really don't give a shit about any SA/CC rivalry

so yeah, my internet connection's being a pain atm but I'll upload it to my temp space in the next few days and Mr can do whatever the hell he wants with it

that's an old project of Mike Lemmer so try and track him down (Antioch?) before doing anything with it, I guess if someone's able to find him maybe he'd even have Dave the SCV or something, who knows

And I just played it.  At least, I played the first map, and half of the second.  It's less retarded then I was expecting, for something I made so many years ago.
