Gonna attempt making a campaign. Have read tutorials and they say its nesscary for skinning.

Got it all working but i have another problem. I atttempted to make a skin and when i imported it. I get the error unable to display. Help anyone?

I got paintshop and i got the image extractor and i made a skin but when i apply it and place the unit it says can not display! Anyone know whats up? Also how do you use WinMPQ?

Edit your post, dont double post.
All you do is open the MPQ using WinMPQ and you can extract the certain files you need.

Okay i managed to figure out what an MPQ is and such but i still cant figure out the errors... Says can not display unit. Exact message is
Could not load file: units/undead/abomination/abomination.mdl

And what happened? Did a green-black cube appear where you wanted to place the unit? The World Editor can't recognize custom textures/models first, after importing such a file you have to save the map and restart the editor, then open the map again. If the file still can't be loaded after this then it's because the file doesn't have the correct path.

Ok i'll try that.  :( Same Error could not load. Cant be pathed wrong cause i took the pathing directly off the text tutorial and yeah its a Green Black Cube. Oh BTW path i'm useing is textures/Abomination.blp I've gone through the tutorials again and again and again looking for errors on my part or something that explains why its messed up and i've got nothing :(

Before placing them you can see the doodad on the left side of the editor. Just under it there is the rotate option.
