If you have the latest patch and if you used it correctly then open the Starcraft.mpq or BroodWar.mpq (if you don't have these then use the install.exe on the discs) with Winmpq and look for scenario.chk files. These are the map files without any sound files, they can be of course saved as an scx file.
If it's your first time with Winmpq then also look for a listfile otherwise you won't be able see the contents of these mentioned files.

I've found this files in google, but they don't have the wavs. Hope you have WinZip.
Starcraft campaigns
Brood War campaigns
In the original starcraft there were 12 terran missions, 2 of which didn't make it. I'm sure most of you have played Biting the Bullet and Operation Silent Scream. If you didn't click on the links, download & play!
Terran Hidden Mission "Biting the Bullet"
Terran Hidden Mission "Operation Silent Scream"
Protoss Demo
Its basically the same as the first protoss mission but with two differences.
1) Different terrain. (this is what the original Antioch looked like)
2) Fenix gives us a speech about an old battle.
3) You have access to the whole Protoss tech tree.
Zerg Demo
This map is worthless. Don't even play it. The map wasn't even complete and it had to be modified to make it playable. Basically you have two drones and a hatchery and need to kill a marine on the other side of the map. Blizzard probably scrapped this mission because it was on ashworld tileset and had nothing to do with the storyline.

Basically using a MPQ viewer and a list file, if you don't have your MPQs in the folder (latest patch only) then in your CD you would open up the EXE file. They have the file extension of .chk, simply have to rename them to .scm or .scx, I believe. But if you have those links in the above posts, yo ucould take that route as well.
