Modding Question - Profile image?

I have a pretty simple modding question.
I've just been trying to re-acquaint myself with StarCraft's editor as well as the popular modding programs associated with it. For example, I was trying to take a Zerg Zergling and convert it into a Terran Marine. I was able to easily convert the unit sprite, portrait, sounds, weapon type, stats, etc. just using DatEdit. But I couldn't change the 'profile image.' By profile image, I'm not sure what else to call it, so let me describe it to you.
Say you select a Zergling in game. It's the image that appears right below 'Zerg Zergling' text on the in-game interface. It'd be located in the bottom/center area of the screen, just near a unit's hit points, shields, mana, etc. It's the image that gets redder and redder as the unit is damaged. You know what I'm talking about, right?
Are these files in StarDat somewhere? I'm not sure where to even begin looking.
Another question, what's a good program to simply browse/view the insides of an MPQ file?
Thanks for your time.
