Hikaru and Johan are not available in Book 2 - Chapter 7

I'm not sure if it's because of the new model or not, but Hikaru and Johan are not available in chapter 7 (where we fight Higure). I remember in older version he is available and I can trade Maul of Strength for him.

Just out of curiosity, what version are you running? I think 1.26 (or some related version) had trouble loading characters on some of the levels (particularly this one) for no reason I was able to figure out.

Sorry for late reply, I played 1.26, I switched it to 1.31 and was able to finish the campaign. Thank you.
