Seems like the biggest issue for me is the 'return null' causing maps to not load. (ironically that is only used in one place in my campaign code, but the problem is it's in EVERY map)

It was causing that last patch? Did they fix it in the final version?

Neutral Units - 2,048
Neutral Buildings - 384
Player Units - 4,320
Player Buildings - 2,400
Items - 1,024"
Is that relating to how much stuff can be handled in the engine or just how much can be placed in the editor? The biggest problem with the amount of units is pathing, did they do anything to fix how units stall when there's too many moving at the same time?
