SCMCC Update: Contest Submitting Alteration and Update Adjustments!

From here on 'till March 24th, the scheduled deadline, no more more updates are required but are optional for each project. Furthermore, all projects previously "locked" will be unlocked if the contestant feels they wish to continue production. Project submittings are now allowed until the deadline, and as mentioned before, completed projects are also acceptable into the competition.
Basically it's "do or die" until March 24th.

(PS: Please note for the Grand Prize to be an acceptable prize, there must be at least TEN (10) completed projects to review by the deadline.)
