And happy new year.

Also, over a week late, but anything amazing for gifts? I received mostly nothingness and I was curious if the state of us getting older has anything to do with it! And when I say nothing, I mean from the family. The partner-in-crime surprised me with a PS Vita. My electronics collection grows.. GROWS... Like my Steam library, which was enhanced by plenty of gifts from community members, which I thank.

Mostly usual Christmas loot (candy, books, socks), but I did get Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection, which should keep me placated video-game wise for a while. Getting L4D2 free on Steam was pretty cool, too.

A few ps3 games (NNK, Dragon's Crown, Kingdom Hearts HD), some candy, a mystery gift on league from V (caterpillar kog, at least it's a hero I play), and that's about it for major stuff.

My wife gave me the gift of a fantastic homemade blueberry pancake and bacon breakfast. The pancakes had such a silky smooth mouthfeel, it was divine. I have never been much for pancakes, but these were the best I've ever had in my entire life, and they were so good I now rank these pancakes up near by penultimate favorite: waffles.

Our ninth year anniversary was just in October, so we kept Christmas simple for the sake of our wallet. =o) Now my 30th birthday is looming in March. Damn, I feel like I should feel older or something. To think I was, what, like 17 when I first came onto the CC scene? Time sure does fly!

Yeah. I'll be 27 in half a year. I think, anyways. I kind of lost track of my own age at some point. That's how little it means to me, haha. I've been modding since I was 11. Time didn't really fly, though. It was a very long, slow haul to today...
