lol, the large hardon collider will finish us off some time this year when they plug it in.

There is many things that have pointed to 2012 as our doomsday. The Mayans are by far the most well know. Also bout a year ago they found a book with paintings by  Nostradamus. There was many paintings but the last one had a wheel with 2 crosses on it. One was the crucifix and the other was an X( representing the whole universe/galaxy is in perfect alignment) and in the next BOTH crosses are gone. It just happens to take date on 2012. Some say the historical Merlin predicted the end as well. Many sources say that we are doomed and I personally think we are. In the end man has always been fascinated with end. DOOMED

Well may 2008 is when I have my graduation exams. It would be kinda sad if the world were to end then. It would mean that the past 19 years have been a complete waste of time.

The world was supposedly also ending in 2000. There is always some kind of end coming. I do like the debate though about how and why.

It seems everyone has forgotten about 2017 meteor that is expected to hit earth.
Not to mention januarty 20th 2009, the day the new president of the US is inaurgrated, his actions will determine whther the world will exoerience world peace.....or world war III.

some parts of that look awesome and some parts look like garbage.

That was the end of all technology using a calender system, this is supposed to be via polar shifts. (Which I don't believe would cause much harm but other believe will cause the end to spin the opposite way)

Untill everyone screams "The end IS coming" and people take it seriously ALL over the world I am NOT convinced.

People think the end of the world is so close, always setting up deadlines for doomsday and stuff... well, someday they will be right. 

When movies first became a reality people also said we would all be flying cars in 2000, they were so wrong.

The Mayans also believed that the world might end every 52 years, I'm not trusting any doomsday prophecies based on their stuff.

If there is ever any kind of Doomsday, it'll come without warning on the one date no one, anywhere, ever predicted.  Just to be inconvinient.
