Okay, I went to edit the menu for my mod, which went well until I added a new image.  The new image worked fine, but the options were all discolored significantly. Any ideas on what could have caused it? The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with the image.

You have to index your colors to the standard 256 palette.

No. You have to use the exact same palette the background pcx you're trying to replace uses (they are each unique most of the time to suite their colors). Incidentally, the menu pcx's also must use the exact same palette as said background. If you change the palette, all of them must use it.

Okay, I fixed it.
