Campaign Creations

So basically, here is the storly line (This is a prologue to Starcraft). On Mau Sara, there is a Confederate research project involving a number of quarantined Zerg called Project Cerbrus. The Zerg under the influence of Ghost are basically pacified. However one of the Ghosts working there is Sarah Kerrigan. She contacts Mengsk asking for help, and the during the rescue, the Zerg are freed from one of the installations. The other installations in the region are eventually breached as a direct result. The campaign will follow the Cerbrus sqaud, and the colonial governor desperately trying to save Mau Sara from complete infestation and prevent the world at large from finding out what the Zerg are.

Note:The Cerbrus Squad featured here is the same as in the Demo\Precursor campaign.

Also, the first map is in Alpha right now please post if you'd like to beta test.

Is that the entire story line?
I dont think you should use the Cerberus Squad because it is under Blizzard and really no one knows much about them.

Indeed, but you *could* pull it off. I'd say, let us all play the first map and see if it works. After all, the players are your best judges.

If you use all the information of the Cerberus Squad at your disposal and try to make it sound as best as you can as they did in the Demo of StarCraft, you could pull it off like Legion said.

Or you could turn into a campaign for the competition, hah.

I made reference to Cerberus Squad in LoaM in passing, as a nod to the precursor campaign. I doubt Blizzard's ever going to do anything with them again so it's probably a safe ting to make a campaign about. I wish you good luck!

sounds almost like precursor campaign itself more than you and i think in starcraft book Uprising much more is talked about in mengsk/kerrigan regards
