.scm & .scx icons

What are the .scm and .scx icons suposed to be? My computer uses the ICQpro icon for .scm and a generic icon for .scx. That does not seem right.

staredit.exe should have the correct icon for those files; iirc the icon is a blank file with the staredit thing shrunk and left center. I can't confirm this as I'm booted into Linux atm.
