Campaign Creations

Just two updates here from the previous beta release.  It now supports Starcraft 1.15 for all of the main patches it does, but there's no FireGraft patch support yet.  Also, it is now possible to use a custom rez\network.tbl with the map on either 1.15 and 1.14.

Now that's a darn shame, considering that Firegraft saves it's files in an MPQ such as an SCM.

To support that, I just need to add the needed code for loading the patches.
