Alright, I figured out most of the stuff with Firegraft but I keep running across the same problem. Whenever I try to add a button set and save, it gives my an error "External exception EEFACE" halfway through saving and the program just stops doing anything useful.

Okay, I partially figured it out. You have to add all of the button sets BEFORE your first save, then do a save as every time you add a new set.

It would seem like you have to get everything right the first time because when I opened something and was working on it, autosave kicked in and I got the error.

These are all of the changes I made, not sure which one would cause the problems I'm having:
-Turning the Cargo Ship into a worker with mining and transportation capabilities.
-Turning the Merc Gunship into a unit with basic commands
-Turning the Starbase into a factory which produced both of the above units.
-Making Unknown Upgrade 45 an armor upgrade for the two units mentioned above.
