Downloaded it, extracted it, opened it everythings blank, don't know what to do...
Tried opening the mpq that came with it says error, help please.

Before you say "Firegraft not working," do you even know how to USE Firegraft?

Um the best way to find out how to use it is to jump in and try; it's only new so I don't know if there's any actual documentation out there for it yet...

Yeah you need to go to File->New and then it should set the stuff up for ya.

When I'm done I just open the MPQ in WinMPQ and add my files?

After saving your MPQ, it says "WANNA ADD AN ARCHIVE TO YOUR MPQ"  click yes and merge it with an MPQ.  Then, after you do that, click file -> Save As... and save it as an EXE.

Or you could have used google.
