Does anyone still have the Neotech Mod?

I was wondering if anyone still had the Neotech mod (the version that was up on the old Starcraft.org). I haven't been able to find it at all, and it's really bugging me. I just don't get how some files can be lost like that.

i got it on an broken HD, but i am still able to try to fix it, it is safely stored but is very old, im just trying to recover this and transfer my old broodwar campaigns to actual heart of the swarm starcraft 2. I am not the creator of NeoTech, and i also dixcovered there was an 1.3 version made by the creator!
